Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outcome-focused support to individuals aged 18 and above
  • Assisting clients in accessing and engaging with housing and support services

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
