Job Summary:
Housing Related Support Worker

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Housing Related Support Worker. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of housing-related issues and be able to provide high-quality support services to individuals in need.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us to deliver innovative solutions that enable individuals to achieve their full potential. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Co-ordinator to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide housing-related support to individuals over 18
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Co-ordinator
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and other stakeholders
  • Provide advice and guidance on housing options
  • Signpost clients to relevant services
  • Support clients in achieving their goals

Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
