About the Role

Ealing Council's Litigation Housing and Social Care Team is looking for a qualified solicitor, barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to join their team. The successful candidate will have the ability to adopt a clear and systematic approach to problem-solving, including the ability to effectively research new law and policy and apply that research to meet the needs of the client.

They will also have impressive knowledge and experience of adult social care law and practice, as well as exceptional knowledge of adult social care legislation, regulations, and rules. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing their own caseload and working unsupervised or with little supervision.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work in a local authority committed to ongoing improvement in all aspects of its organisation and service delivery.
