Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service, and training and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, responding to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop our team members, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
- Work within budgeted guidelines, managing stock levels, and controlling costs.
- Develop menus with our Food and Beverage team, ensuring innovative and appealing options for our guests.
- Accountable for monthly stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue, driving business growth and success.
- Deputize for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless leadership and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Previous Food and Beverage management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of financial systems, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service, with a passion for hospitality and a desire to make a difference.
- Good grooming standards, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
