Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while training and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve our business objectives.
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals, providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Work within budgeted guidelines, ensuring financial management and control.
- Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
- Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team, ensuring innovative and appealing options.
- Accountable for monthly stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue, driving business growth and success.
- Deputize for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence, ensuring seamless leadership and continuity.
- Previous Food and Beverage management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of financial systems, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming standards, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
