Care Home Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of the home's management team, you will provide essential support to the General Manager, ensuring the efficient running of our high-quality care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Experience elements, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional care and services.
- Provide administrative support, including HR and recruitment tasks, to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of care home operations and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the home.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
