Job Overview:
A challenging role for a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join Gray Healthcare Ltd, supporting individuals with complex needs and disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing caseloads, conducting assessments, and developing therapeutic relationships.

About the Role:
This position involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care, manage risk, and ensure effective support plans are in place. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Salary & Benefits:
The highly competitive salary for this role is £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, professional development opportunities, and a company pension scheme, you will also receive a £1,500 retention bonus.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex cases
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored support plans
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Current NMC registration as an RMN
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in the UK
- Experience of managing a caseload and developing therapeutic relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
