Job Summary

About the Role

As a Peer Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality patient services that are clinically safe, evidence-based, and delivered cost-effectively. You will work with a caseload providing peer support to individuals with CEN, ensuring that support is delivered in a person-centred manner, enabling individuals accessing the service and those close to them to be involved in treatment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the provision of high-quality patient services that are clinically safe, evidence-based, and delivered cost-effectively.
  • Work with a caseload providing peer support to individuals with CEN.
  • Ensure peer support is delivered in a person-centred manner, enabling individuals accessing the service and those close to them to be involved in treatment decisions.
  • Reflect the values and key behaviours of the organisation, adopt the policies and philosophy of the service, and provide interventions based on the recovery philosophy.
