Job Summary

This role will play a vital part in the ongoing success of our peer worker offer within the Living Well teams, specifically for individuals with Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) who may attract a diagnosis of 'personality disorder'.

About the Role

As a Peer Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality patient services that are clinically safe, evidence-based, and delivered cost-effectively. You will work with a caseload providing peer support to individuals with CEN, ensuring that support is delivered in a person-centred manner, enabling individuals accessing the service and those close to them to be involved in treatment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the provision of high-quality patient services that meet the Trust's standards.
  • Work with a caseload providing peer support to individuals with CEN.
  • Ensure peer support is delivered in a person-centred manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver services within the Emotion Regulation Pathway Short-term Offer.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training, a family and carer offer, and the development of services.
