Job Summary

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team in Wigan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high culinary standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in your assigned section, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menu ideas, ensuring a diverse and exciting dining experience for our guests.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the creation of daily specials and contribute to the development of new menu items.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a Chef de Partie.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients, with a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
