Job Title: Meetings and Events Coordinator

Location: Wigan

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum + Hybrid working + Progression opportunities + Excellent benefits

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, understanding client needs, and selecting suitable venues. You will convert inquiries to bookings through a professional approach, prepare booking confirmations, and pass on special requests. Additionally, you will liaise with Sales & Finance teams, ensure timely confirmations and updates to reservations systems, and maintain accurate contact information.

Requirements:
* 1 year experience in meetings & events, events coordination, or related roles
* Proficient in MS Office and computerised reservations systems
