Equestrian Maintenance Coordinator

To ensure exceptional member experiences within Naylor's Equestrian Llp gyms, we uphold high standards of maintenance. Reporting to the Equipment Manager, this role involves liaising with preferred service providers to coordinate both reactive and planned maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Administration: Invoice reconciliation to resolve disputes and record invoices
  • Coordinating purchase orders for capital projects
  • Liaising with insurers regarding claims
  • Department Administration: Database management and coordination of supplier agreements
  • Maintaining property department databases and logging systems
  • Responding to written correspondence and phone calls from clubs and external parties
  • Demonstrating literacy, numeracy, and IT skills sufficient for using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Databases

The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
