The Role
We are recruiting an External Training Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to expansion and growth within our training department, we are looking for an experienced trainer to expand and grow our business within this sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training to our customers to the standard required by industry accrediting bodies.
- Maintain and promote Health & Safety protocols for all participants during training sessions.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and submit it promptly.
- Set up training environments both inside and outside as needed in preparation for delegate arrivals.
- Support delegates throughout their learning journey.
Requirements
- IPAF & PASMA Instructor Licence (Crane Operator training will be provided if needed).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Ability to travel (sometimes stay overnight) throughout the UK on an as-and-when basis.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
