Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at the Banbury Plant. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical training to Direct associates, as well as planning and organizing internal and external training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and role model the output of the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) and contribute to the Organization Pillar to support roll out and further development.
  • Deliver with excellence through engaged leadership and coaching, driving a culture of engagement and developing capabilities.
  • Responsible for the competency management plan (competency matrix & competency gaps reduction) for the Plant and monitor the results on the Key Performance Indicators.
  • Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and Human Resources Business Partner to ensure competency management system development and implementation in a standard way.
  • Drive proactive benchmarking with other internal and external Training Experts to generate best practice.

Requirements

  • Relevant training or instructor qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Continuous improvement methodology understanding.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferably FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Experience in training, coaching, and assessment methodology.
  • Experience managing vocational competency management.
  • Experience in Management of Change.
  • Excellent planning skills with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize.
  • Dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills for all levels of the organization.
