We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical training to our associates at the Banbury Plant.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in the FMCG sector, and a strong background in training, coaching, and assessment methodologies. You will be responsible for planning and organizing both internal and external training requirements, as well as monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to competence management.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver hands-on, one-to-one or group training to a best-in-class standard
- Develop and implement competency management plans to ensure operational competence
- Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and Human Resources Business Partner to ensure competency management system development and implementation
- Drive proactive benchmarking with other internal and external Training Experts to generate best practice
- Relevant training or instructor qualification, or equivalent experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferably FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize
