About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Communications and Inclusion Specialist to champion our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) activities and drive engagement with our colleagues through multiple channels. You will develop and deliver engaging content, manage our Mailjet account, and prepare content for colleague-facing publications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, informative content for various communication channels to keep over 8,000 colleagues informed and connected.
  • Manage the company's UK Mailjet account, creating copy and distributing regular communications.
  • Prepare content for colleague-facing publications, including quarterly newsletters, weekly updates, and ad-hoc messages.
  • Promote open, inclusive dialogue across the business, ensuring all colleagues feel represented and involved in key activities and events.
  • Work closely with colleague network groups, offering support and guidance to help them deliver impactful initiatives.
  • Research, promote, and apply best practices in diversity and inclusion, sharing insights and progress across the organisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with ED&I trends and legislation to ensure that company policies and strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Ensure internal communications are engaging and align with the company's People Promise and overall business goals.
  • Collect and respond to colleague feedback to assess communication effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
