Job Description
New York University in London is seeking an Inclusion and Community Development Specialist to join our Student Life team. This is a full-time, permanent post that reports directly to the Associate Director for Student Life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering student support and engagement initiatives that foster a sense of community and belonging among students.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and faculty across different departments and levels of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering a First Year induction program
- Organizing community-building events and opportunities for students to engage in and learn from the local community
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the NYU London website
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and event planning skills, with the ability to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of events and programs.
