Occupational Therapist Opportunity in Sussex

Hunter AHP is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work in the community in Sussex. This is a full-time, ongoing contract with the possibility of extending beyond the initial 3-month period.

About the Role:

This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in the community setting. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Recent experience in community settings, discharge planning, A&E, and admission avoidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:
