About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality assessment and intervention plans for individuals with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new therapies and interventions
Requirements
  • Postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Psychological Society (BPS)
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and working with individuals with autism and complex needs
