About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist or Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality psychological services
  • Develop and implement effective assessment and intervention plans
  • Provide expert psychological advice and guidance to colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of our service's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with adults with autism and complex needs
