About Our School: Wilds Lodge School is an independent specialist boarding and day provision for boys and girls (girls are accepted as day students only) for students aged between 5 and 19 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

Job Description: We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our wonderful school and work with our exceptional students. As a referrals assistant, you will support the admissions and referral process at our specialist therapeutic setting through effective communication and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Supporting the admissions and referral process

2. Working closely with our team to achieve positive outcomes for our young people

3. Contributing to our continued success by embodying our values and creating strong relationships within our school community and beyond

What You Need to Succeed: To succeed in this role, you should have experience of working in a challenging but immensely rewarding environment. You should be passionate about supporting the development of social, life and independence skills and committed to making a difference in the lives of young people.

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £24,746 per annum, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. We offer a supportive and friendly environment where your input will be key in achieving positive outcomes for our young people.
