This part-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of volunteers who play a vital role in conserving and protecting local wildlife. Based at the Rutland Volunteer Training Centre, with travel to various reserves and offices, this position enables you to make a lasting impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who is motivated to work with people and committed to supporting the conservation of Leicestershire and Rutland's natural heritage. This role offers flexibility, ongoing training, and the chance to work with a leading conservation charity.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of volunteer management principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to motivate and engage volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their roles.
