Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum. About the Role: We are seeking an Environmental Conservation Coordinator to join our team at Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust. As a key member of our conservation team, you will be responsible for coordinating volunteers to support the conservation of Leicestershire and Rutland's natural heritage. You will work closely with our reserve managers to develop and implement volunteer-led conservation projects, ensuring that all activities meet our high standards for safety and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience of working with volunteers. They will also have knowledge of conservation principles and practices, as well as experience of working in a fast-paced environment. This role offers flexibility, ongoing training, and the chance to work with a leading conservation charity.
