**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced SENCO Administrator to join our team at The Grange Therapeutic School. As a member of our staff, you will play a key role in supporting the SENCo with the administration and organisation of appointments, provision, and interventions. You will also contribute to the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support the SENCo with the day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and coordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability.
  • Evaluate whether funding is being used effectively and propose changes to improve its use.

**Requirements:**

  • You will need to have effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships, and a commitment to securing good outcomes for pupils with SEN or a disability.
  • You will also need to be able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our safeguarding and equality policies.
