Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide excellent care to our residents in the St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex area.
About the Role:
As a Compassionate Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing individual care plans for residents, providing personal and social care, and meeting residents' personal and social care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review individual care plans for residents
- Provide personal and social care, enhancing residents' social, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing
- Meet residents' personal and social care needs, respecting dignity and promoting well-being and independence
Requirements:
- Desirable: Previous care experience
