Highly Skilled Neonatal Nurse Wanted for Barts Health NHS Trust

Pulse Nursing is a leading provider of nursing services to the healthcare sector, and we are currently seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our team as Neonatal Nurses in the esteemed Barts Health NHS Trust.
As a Neonatal Nurse at Barts Health NHS Trust, you will have the opportunity to work with premature and critically ill newborns, providing high-quality care and support to these vulnerable patients. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes neonatologists, paediatricians, and allied health professionals, working together to deliver the best possible outcomes for your patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care plans for premature and critically ill newborns, assessing their needs and developing strategies to meet those needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and life-support care in line with established protocols.
- Support parents and families, providing education, emotional support, and guidance throughout their child's stay in the hospital.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting.
- Passionate about neonatal care and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing.
- To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References and Updated CV.
- Right to work within the UK - Proof will be required.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £19.72-£38.23 per hour, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
