Adults' Support and Independence Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Support and Independence Worker to work closely with disabled adults, understanding their needs and providing the necessary support. The successful candidate will also promote independence while ensuring their protection.
About the TeamThe Learning Disability Team works in partnership with disabled adults to understand and support them in what they need.
A degree in Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is required for this role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 per annum, offering excellent training opportunities, hybrid working options, and access to parking and public transport.
Job Requirements- Ability to complete mental capacity and/or best interest assessments
- Eligibility assessments and relevant documents for the community DOL
- Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience
This full-time opportunity (36 hours) is available on a permanent basis.
