Compensation Package
We are committed to attracting and retaining top talent by offering a competitive salary of £26,500 per annum. This reflects the complexity and importance of your role in maintaining 'Level A' accreditation in Quality Assessment Framework (QAF).

About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will contribute to the development of individualised support plans that focus on empowering residents to live independently. You will provide emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance to ensure each resident's needs are met. As part of our team, you will also participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in mental health services.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need an Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Support Worker. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
