Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base, generating new business opportunities, and promoting our recycling services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential customers in the North West region to promote our recycling services.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are aligned with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the recycling industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and recycling industry trends is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the North West region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Benefits

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
