Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within property or shared ownership.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, driven approach with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of the local property market in Rugby would be a plus.
What We Offer:
- £30k basic + £50k OTE
- Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5PM working hours
