About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at The Caraires Consultancy. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for speaking to customers who are interested in an insurance policy to help them find the right one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Following a script to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Updating an internal system with customer details
  • Arranging payments either on the phone, via BACS or direct debit

Requirements:

  • Clear, concise telephone manner
  • Confident speaking over the phone
  • Good with IT systems
  • Ideal candidate will have some sales experience
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential
