Regional Sales Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue within the Timber and Joinery sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue within the Timber and Joinery sector.
- Sell timber products to national housebuilders at head office level.
- Manage an existing customer base with £10 million turnover.
- Develop new business opportunities and increase customer base.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 per annum, plus bonus potential up to £10,000, car allowance or hybrid car, and corporate benefits package.
