Job Title: Regional Sales Lead

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to cover the Northern region, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of customer interactions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Developing and executing nationwide sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales pipeline and CRM data for effective decision-making.
  • Promoting product benefits and value statements on LinkedIn to increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinating marketing events throughout the financial year to engage customers and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND or higher in electrical or control engineering (desired). Technical expertise in motion control and drives technology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT, especially with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Estimate: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
