Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team at TransPerfect. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and driving business success through data-driven insights.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the HRIS Manager. You will be working closely with our HR team to develop and implement effective HRIS strategies, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify areas for process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive global reports, dashboards, and insights that enable informed decision-making
* Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS queries, addressing issues related to data integrity, report generation, and system functionality
* Review data input and reporting outputs for accuracy and ensure legal compliance
* Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective HRIS strategies

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in an HRIS role with in-depth experience in report writing
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Thorough understanding of HRIS Report Writing within Workday preferred
* Previous hands-on experience working with Workday (HCM, Reporting, Absence, & Time Tracking preferred)
* Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
