Role Overview
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in human resources. As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide support and guidance on various HR topics.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in Human Resources generalist roles, ideally within a unionised environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Able to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Contract Details
This is a temporary contract role with potential for a permanent position. The working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with one day permitted to work remotely. The rates of pay are as follows: PAYE £18.14 per hour or Umbrella Payment Company £22.51 per hour for the first 12 weeks, and PAYE £20.59 per hour or Umbrella Payment Company £27.04 per hour thereafter.
