Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Support Employees: Offer timely support to employees of all levels, addressing their concerns and queries regarding HR matters.
- Employee Lifecycles: Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruitment to contractual changes, ensuring seamless processes and adherence to best practices.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to HR, such as statutory HR requests and family-friendly leave.
- Policy Updates: Update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and changes in legislation.
- Contract Management: Maintain and update contracts of employment and associated documentation in line with changing legislation.
- Appraisals and Reviews: Collaborate with line managers to conduct annual employee appraisals and participate in the salary review process.
- Training and Development: Organize training and development opportunities for employees at all levels.
- Surveys and Reporting: Conduct anonymous staff surveys and provide regular reports to management.
- HR Systems: Manage and maintain the HR database, People HR.
- Payroll Data: Provide essential data to accounts for monthly payroll purposes.
Requirements:
- CIPD Qualification: Possess a CIPD qualification at level 5 or above.
- Similar Experience: Have prior experience in a similar role.
- Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car.
