Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting physical activity, and fostering a love for gymnastics among our participants. To achieve this, you will need to possess a deep understanding of the learning process, injury prevention strategies, and effective communication techniques.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records of participant progress, collaborate with colleagues to develop new program ideas, and contribute to ongoing training and professional development initiatives within the organization.
