**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Marketplace Operations Director** to join our team at Seat Unique. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online marketplace, delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate and timely product listings.
  • Manage pricing dynamically and manually to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure their content is accurately and efficiently inputted.
  • Identify and propose technical improvements and automations to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to standardize and streamline marketplace operations.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketplace to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operations, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
