About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing goal-focused rehabilitation to patients, supporting them to become experts in their own care and remain in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic assessments and interventions for patients in the community
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to achieve patient goals
  • Supervise junior staff and contribute to the leadership and development of the team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Professional knowledge and skills acquired through formal training, short courses, and experience to degree level or equivalent
  • Relevant post-qualification training and experience in community rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
