Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage customer service operations in Dungannon. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and skill development.

About the Role:
  • Manage vehicle and customer databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Issue workshop job cards and monitor progress of vehicles in the workshop.
  • Making outbound sales and customer care calls, managing key customer relationships.
  • Create maintenance contract quotes and sell maintenance contracts.
  • Liaise with Workshop Foreman for job planning, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Contact customers to inform them of additional work required, providing accurate quotations.
  • Inform customers of job completion, explaining work carried out and arranging vehicle collection/delivery.
  • Perform general administration duties, including running reports, scanning and filing paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Strong administration skills and excellent computer proficiency.
  • Confident communication skills and polite telephone manner.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Full and clean driving licence.
