Dungannon Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our client's expanding business in Dungannon. As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Manage and update service schedules, send reminders, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain vehicle and customer databases, ensuring seamless data management
- Coordinate appointments, communicate with customers, and monitor workshop job card progress
- Process invoices, make outbound sales calls, and foster strong relationships with key customers
- Liaise with the Workshop Foreman to optimise job planning and profitability
- Contact customers to inform them of additional work required and provide accurate quotations
- Communicate with customers upon job completion, explaining the work carried out and arranging vehicle collection/delivery
- Perform general administrative tasks, including report generation, document scanning, and record archiving
Requirements:
- GCSE standard education or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Strong administration skills and excellent organisational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external interactions
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and manage pressure effectively
- Confident communication style and polite telephone manner
- Excellent computer proficiency and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fully qualified driver with a clean driving licence
Benefits: In addition to the competitive salary, employees will enjoy core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to work on Saturday mornings as required.
