SEN Support Specialist

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team at a special school in Winchester. This wonderful school caters to students aged 11-16 with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. As an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse SEN needs.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in SEN schools (preferred) and strong organisational skills. They must also be motivated and influential in their approach. The successful applicant will be required to:
- Support students with SEN in a school setting
- Collaborate with teachers to develop individualised education plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should have suitable references, an up-to-date DBS certificate or the willingness to obtain one, and the right to work in the UK. A degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential. Successful applicants will receive competitive pay rates (£76.92 to £103.04 per day), bespoke service, and dedicated Consultants who will support them in securing their new role.
