About the Role

As a Digital Media Coordinator at JD Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Paid Media team in delivering high-performing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the group leads in disseminating information and best practices across the team, ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the management of UK and International Paid accounts, reviewing campaign delivery and providing insights to optimize performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities within the market and paid search accounts, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement testing and optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with targets and KPIs.
  • Platform Management: Manage the bid management platform to meet targets and KPIs, staying up-to-date with enhancements and beta tests.
  • Industry Research: Regularly research and review the latest industry trends, tools, and software to enhance paid search channels.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop and present reports to stakeholders, providing key findings and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Knowledge: A good understanding of the digital landscape, including Google Shopping, re-targeting, and display, as well as paid social.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical and insightful, with the ability to draw key points from data analysis.
  • Language Skills: English language proficiency, with a second language an advantage.
