Job Title: Digital Media Coordinator

The Digital Media Coordinator role involves providing support to group leads in disseminating information throughout the digital media team to enhance campaign performance. The position also includes assisting in project coordination to ensure alignment across the group, requiring a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take concise meeting minutes during senior partner meetings and present findings to Group Leads.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor account hygiene and communicate irregularities to relevant teams.
  • Assist in feed management and effectively communicate discovered issues.
  • Support the management and review of digital campaigns for UK and International accounts.
  • Implement testing and optimization strategies to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Provide support with day-to-day activities such as SQL reports, landing page checks, and KW audits.
  • Manage bid management platform to meet targets while staying updated on enhancements and Beta tests.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and opportunities within the market and digital search accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal departments to support product launches and promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and software to enhance digital marketing channels.
  • Participate in quarterly reviews with partners to assess performance and create action plans.

Requirements:

  • Resilient nature and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital landscape and digital channels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  • Understanding of budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Experience or knowledge of other digital channels and multichannel marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
