Junior Sous Chef - Malvern

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This includes preparing for each day, maintaining high standards of food quality, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in their career
  • Be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills, including food preparation, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, and good hygiene practices
  • Have strong communication skills and be a team player
  • Be self-motivated to work at pace with limited supervision
  • Have a strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety
