Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager in the new build housing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
