Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEND Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to work as Teaching Assistants in our SEND Provisions across the Cheshire area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to children with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential.

Your duties will include working one-to-one with pupils or in small groups, providing individualized support to help them achieve their goals. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our free teaching assistant course training and SEND Specific CPD.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have recent experience working with children, either inside or outside of a classroom environment. Experience working with children with special educational needs is beneficial but not essential.

As a member of our team, you will receive excellent training and support to ensure you feel confident and equipped to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. You will also benefit from flexible working hours, which will allow you to establish a better work-life balance.

The annual salary for this role is between £25,000 and £30,000, depending on your level of experience.
