Pet Reception Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Vets Now. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
About Our OrganizationAs the UK's leading provider of emergency pet care, we serve over 1700 veterinary practices across the country. Our dedicated out-of-hours clinics and 24/7 pet emergency hospitals deliver compassionate care to pets in need.
The JobThis is a part-time position requiring every other weekend, Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
- Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners
- Handling administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations
- Managing cash handling and processing payments
- Performing tasks to support the team
- Competitive salary: £12.00 per hour plus benefits
- 7 weeks' annual leave (pro rata)
