As a Veterinary Receptionist with Vets Now, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners during emergencies. Your key responsibilities include handling calls, greeting clients, managing financial transactions, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

We are the UK's leading provider of emergency pet care, serving over 1700 veterinary practices across the country. Our dedicated out-of-hours clinics and 24/7 pet emergency hospitals deliver compassionate care to pets in need.

The Role

This is a part-time position requiring every other weekend, Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries
  • Greeting clients and providing a warm welcome
  • Managing cash handling and processing payments
  • Performing administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations
