About this role: We're seeking a professional, bubbly and creative individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator at an Elderly Retirement care centre in Kendal.
Salary details: This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.44ph, providing a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.
Job description: As an Activities Coordinator, you will work closely with the team to plan & deliver the Lifestyle program for residents. Your responsibilities will include planning engaging activities, events and excursions that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will also be responsible for promoting independence, dignity and well-being among the residents.
Key skills and qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, their families and colleagues. A relevant qualification or experience in a similar field would be advantageous.
